Free Returns and Free Exchanges
We offer free returns and free exchanges on eligible items within 30 days of delivery for U.S. orders.
- 
Items must be unworn, in original condition, with all tags and packaging. 
- 
Final sale items, gift cards, and customized products are not eligible. 
Start a return or exchange: Email support with your order number and the reason for the return or the size/color you want to exchange. We will email you a prepaid return label.
Shipping
Processing time
Orders ship within 1–2 business days. Orders placed after 12 p.m. PT are processed the next business day.
Transit times

Standard shipping: 3–7 business days

Expedited options: Available at checkout 
Order tracking
You will receive a tracking link once your order ships.
Address notes
We ship to most U.S. addresses, including residential and business locations. PO boxes and APO/FPO may require Standard shipping.
Exchanges
- 
One free exchange per order within 30 days of delivery. 
- 
If the requested item is out of stock, we will offer alternatives or process a refund to your original payment method. 
Returns and Refunds
- 
Use our prepaid label to send the product back within 14 days of label issuance. 
- 
Once your return is delivered and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method in 3–5 business days. 
- 
Original expedited shipping fees are not refundable. 
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos. We will replace the item or issue a refund.
Lost Packages
If tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate the package, notify us within 7 days. We will help with a carrier trace and next steps.
International Orders (if applicable)
International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination. At this time, international returns are not free. Customers are responsible for return shipping on international orders.
Holiday and Promotional Periods
During holidays or high volume periods, processing and delivery may take longer. We will communicate any delays on the site.
